Individuals

You are not alone

  • If you have or are experiencing feelings of guilt and shame that make it difficult to seek help or share your story, these emotions can be overwhelming and isolating. Remember, you are not alone, and support is available.
  • Moral injury can leave you feeling trapped in past experiences, replaying painful events and your actions or decisions. You may experience a sense of regret or betrayal. Remember, you are not alone, and support is available.
  • You might feel disconnected, numb, undeserving of love or even undeserving of feeling better. It’s common to experience feelings such as self-doubt or anger. Some people turn to avoidance, withdrawal, or unhealthy coping strategies to manage these overwhelming feelings. Remember, you are not alone, and support is available.

Help is available
